Lisa Nordquist, BA, CHWC, is an expert in interpersonal and relational development. An accomplished wellbeing expert and author, Lisa leverages 25 years of behavior change, mindset training and sustainable program creation to help high-impact individuals and teams create sustainable emotional intelligence and refined communication, leading to productive, happy organizations.

 

Lisa has worked with corporations, hospitals, universities and international government agencies, and appeared on numerous radio, TV and podcast programs, including CBS News and ESPN Sports Radio, delivering passionate, powerful presentations.

 

With a degree in Psychology and a number of certifications, including Mayo Clinic Health & Wellness Coach, GLT Core Dynamics Coach and Safe Conversations Leader, Lisa is proud to have run a small business for over two decades. In 2014, she authored "Love Yourself Fit: the struggle-free way to end your war with weight, eat anything & live happily-ever-healthy", winning the silver medal in the Global eBook Awards. Lisa is a happily married mother of two and lives in San Diego; she enjoys her peeps, dogs, dark chocolate and wine.

Felicia English PhD

Dr. Felicia English brings 28 years of experience in key Professional Development & Training roles and currently is Associate Dir. of Organizational Development & Assessment for a Cal. State Univ. non-profit entity. She has held consultant roles starting with Franklin Covey as a Training Delivery Consultant in 2008 through more recent work in with specialty in Executive Coaching, Management & Leadership, Strengths, DEI, and Performance Improvement. Felicia English connects and engages leaders and groups easily, powerfully, and with relevance.

 

As C.E.O. of Kaizen Coaching & Consulting, she has aided 100’s of clients’ success for over two and a half decades.  Most recently Dr. English has joined the American Management Association as a Faculty member facilitating courses for business and non-profit leaders in Leadership, Management, and working with the Women’s Leadership Certificate Program. Dr. English provides expert L&D and Leadership training and consultation in person and virtually to help clients experience “Transformation”, a shift in thinking and behavior and improve “Execution”, implementation of high priorities and increase employee engagement on the mission, vision, core values, and goals. Felicia addresses Leadership Training from multiple disciplines including Emotional Intelligence, Communication, and Strategy to increase leadership awareness, leadership presence, and overall effectiveness. Dr. English enjoys working with assessment tools to support leaders to take inventory, be reflective, use data to inform decisions, and inspire action in a safe, respectful, inclusive work environment.
