Lisa Nordquist, BA, CHWC, is an expert in interpersonal and relational development. An accomplished wellbeing expert and author, Lisa leverages 25 years of behavior change, mindset training and sustainable program creation to help high-impact individuals and teams create sustainable emotional intelligence and refined communication, leading to productive, happy organizations.

 

Lisa has worked with corporations, hospitals, universities and international government agencies, and appeared on numerous radio, TV and podcast programs, including CBS News and ESPN Sports Radio, delivering passionate, powerful presentations.

 

With a degree in Psychology and a number of certifications, including Mayo Clinic Health & Wellness Coach, GLT Core Dynamics Coach and Safe Conversations Leader, Lisa is proud to have run a small business for over two decades. In 2014, she authored "Love Yourself Fit: the struggle-free way to end your war with weight, eat anything & live happily-ever-healthy", winning the silver medal in the Global eBook Awards. Lisa is a happily married mother of two and lives in San Diego; she enjoys her peeps, dogs, dark chocolate and wine.

Consultant

Dr. Rebecca Hannagan

Dr. Rebecca Hannagan is a social scientist and ICF certified leadership coach. Specializing in organizational and leadership development, she supports Department of Defense and corporate clients as a consultant, coach and facilitator. Dr. Hannagan helps leaders and teams first assess and then take action on some of the most challenging people-focused aspects of their organizations.

 

Prior to her recent consulting experience, Dr. Hannagan was Branch Head for Research Integration at the Directorate of Analytics and Performance  Optimization at Headquarters Marine Corps. Formerly Professor of Political Psychology at Northern Illinois University, Dr. Hannagan taught and mentored hundreds of students, conducted and published research on group dynamics and leadership emergence, was awarded a National Science Foundation grant, a recipient of a campus-wide teaching award, and earned a visiting professorship at The Center for Women's Leadership as well as a fellowship to study high-performing teams in the Marine Corps hosted by the Lejeune Leadership Institute at Marine Corps University.
